Daniel T. “Todd” Waldrop, P.E.
Todd is a professional engineer with over 12 years of practical professional experience designing, implementing, and managing the cleanup and development of brownfield and significantly contaminated properties. His successful engineering and management experience includes the investigation and remediation of projects in a variety of regulatory environments, including the RCRA corrective action program, numerous state-lead consent decrees, and multiple voluntary state cleanup/brownfield programs. Todd is focused on the siting, permitting, and engineering development of projects from Herndon, Virginia.
Todd served as a Senior Project Director/Engineer for two national and globally focused engineering professional services firms for over 12 years. He is a graduate of James Madison University, with a B.S. in Geology and Environmental Science and holds a M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University. Todd is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia and Maryland.
